Shipping Policy

1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout:

- Orders under $75.00: Standard Flat Rate Shipping fee of $5.99.
- Orders $75.00 and above: FREE Standard Shipping.
- Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 7 business days.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours.

4. Damages & Lost Packages
RockAShirts is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit without proof of non-delivery. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team at info@rockashirts.com with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging for immediate assistance.
