Return & Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility & Conditions To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Merchant Error) If you receive a defective, damaged, misprinted item, or an incorrect order:

·         Please contact us immediately at info@rockashirts.com with photos of the product and packaging.

·         We will promptly arrange a free replacement or a full refund. You will not be charged any return shipping fees for damaged or defective items.

Customer Remorse & Exchanges (Wrong size chosen, changed mind) If you wish to return an item due to a change of mind or selecting the wrong size:

·         You will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

·         Original shipping fees, taxes, and duties are non-refundable.

·         We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking.

Restocking Fees We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00 Restocking Fee).

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

·         If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 3 to 5 business days.
